Goods Type: Fill in the type / sort of goods or objects you need to transport;
Please indicate if you have to transport
dangerous ADR goods, or perishable goods that need to be transported with controlled temperature.
Quantity: Fill in the
gross weight of goods expressed in tons or kilograms
Packaging: Fill in the packing mode: pallets, boxes, crates, packs, bags, and also number of each type.
Dimensions: Fill in the dimensions of goods / package. Indicate: lenght, width, height in meters(m), centimeters(cm) or milimeters(mm)
TRANSPORT INFORMATION
Transport type: Fill in if you need road, aerial or naval transport
Loading place: Fill in the place of loading
Postal code: Indicate a postal code for the loading place - if you are aware of it.
Date of loading: Fill in the date you want to load goods, or an estimated date for operation
Unloading place: Fill in the location of unloading
Other details: tell us any other details about goods, transport you consider to be important.
